Mardi Gras Magic just received its first review from Coffee Time Romance Reviews. Liadan gave the story 4 Cups. Here's what she had to say:

Tia Morgan has come back to New Orleans to stand as Maid of Honor for her friend Rachel. When Tia learns that Logan Summerfield is the best man, she begins to have second thoughts. She is not sure that she wants to see him again after what happened the last time they were together.

Logan Summerfield has waited six years to talk to Tia about the night of their senior prom. He is thrilled that she is home and he intends to make sure she knows what she means to him and how she changed his life. He did not expect her to put up a fight about it though.

Returning to New Orleans during Mardi Gras for a wedding was the one thing Tia did not really like doing. However for her friend Rachel, Tia has agreed. Seeing Logan for the first time since high school is a shock for her as her feelings returned. But she never expected to end up in his bed again.

Rekindling emotions is sometimes not easy to handle. It sometimes overwhelms a person and causes regret and remorse to surface along with want and need for the other person. Seeing what Logan and Tia face in this story and the two different views of their one night, is amazing. The emotions rage and subside and rage again. But this is truly a story of homecoming and one that you will read over and over again. Ms. Lowery has given us yet another wonderful story.
